Therapy based on a multimodal approach involves a combination of different treatment methods: surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.
Methods of treatment
Surgery
Robotic Surgery
This is the main treatment for many neurological diseases. It includes the removal of tumors, the dissection of deformed discs, the resection of epileptic foci, restorative procedures for head and spinal injuries, and other brain and spine surgeries.
Robotic surgery, like the Da Vinci system, allows surgeons to perform complex neurological procedures with high precision and less invasiveness. Robots can increase the scale of their movements and make them work more steadily and accurately.
Targeted Therapy
It targets specific changes in cancer cells, such as genetic mutations or certain proteins, that can lead to their growth and spread. Targeted therapeutic drugs block these changes, causing the tumor to slow or even decrease its growth.
Chemotherapy
Chemotherapy is used to treat brain and spinal cord tumors. It is based on the use of drugs that destroy or delay the growth of cancer cells. To reduce the size of the tumor, chemotherapy can be administered before surgery or to prevent recurrence.
Immunotherapy
Immunotherapy is based on the stimulation or modulation of the immune system to combat cancer cells or other pathological processes. Immunotherapy is used in neurosurgery to treat brain and spinal tumors, including immunotherapy using monoclonal antibodies or vaccines.
Hormone therapy
It is used to treat cancers that depend on certain hormones for their growth. This may include the use of medicines that block the effects of hormones or reduce their production.

Favourable conditions
Turkey provides better quality treatment at a lower cost compared to Europe, the USA and other Western countries. Some operations are 90% more economic than in other countries.
Turkish clinics closely follow the innovations and developments in the field of international health. They devote a lot of time to research in order to create reliable technical equipment.
Most of the doctors have worked abroad, participated in symposiums, constantly improved their skills by adopting the experiences of their colleagues in other countries. Each employee consolidates his/her professional experience with on-the-job training by turning the new theory into practice.
